Bayyy charges service fees for payments, withdrawals, and other transactions. Fees are displayed transparently before the completion of any transaction.
Fees are non-refundable except in cases of proven errors caused by Bayyy.You agree to use Bayyy only for lawful purposes.

Bayyy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Zelle, Cash App, Mon Cash, NatCash).Payments made through Bayyy are final and non-reversible unless there is an error attributable to Bayyy.
Refunds are issued only after thorough investigation and may take up to 15 business days to process.Bayyy may impose daily, weekly, or monthly limits on payments or withdrawals based on user verification status.
Users may request an increase in limits by completing additional verification steps.Users are required to report unauthorized payments within 24 hours of detection.
Bayyy may freeze the account and investigate the issue, but is not liable for payments completed with compromised credentials.Bayyy collects user data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
